These terms explain the rules for using MiroLens accounts, workspaces, embedded chat widgets, lead-capture flows, and related services provided by RiseForge.

MiroLens is provided by RiseForge for businesses that want to create website chat widgets, collect qualified enquiries, manage conversation data, and route follow-up from a dashboard.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the activity in your workspace, and the way your team uses any leads or visitor conversations collected through the service.
You must keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Workspace owners control users, widget settings, origins, questions, handoff paths, and other configuration choices. Do not invite users unless they are authorized to access that workspace data.
Do not use MiroLens to send spam, collect information unlawfully, mislead visitors, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or violate the rights of others.
You are responsible for ensuring your chat questions, banners, links, and follow-up practices comply with laws and industry obligations that apply to your business.
Customer content and visitor submissions remain associated with the relevant customer workspace. RiseForge processes that information to provide, secure, support, and improve MiroLens.
Privacy details, including data rights and request channels, are described in the MiroLens Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
You may install MiroLens widgets on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for configuring allowed origins and presenting any notices required for your visitors.
The widget should not be used on sites that contain illegal content, deceptive flows, malware, or content that would create unreasonable risk for visitors or RiseForge.
Some MiroLens features may be free, paid, usage-based, or packaged with implementation support. Any paid terms are agreed through the plan, order, invoice, or written arrangement for your workspace.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected interval and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. Details of when refunds are available, how to request one, and how disputes are handled are described in the MiroLens Refund Policy.
We may update features, limits, pricing, or these terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
We work to keep MiroLens reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every lead, message, integration, or notification will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiroLens is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing, and RiseForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
We may suspend or terminate access if there is suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or violation of these terms.
You may stop using MiroLens at any time. Data retention and deletion requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Instructions, and applicable legal obligations.
Refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and how billing disputes are handled are detailed in the MiroLens Refund Policy. Payment processing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
