MiroLens User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how MiroLens users, social-login users, and website visitors can request deletion of personal information handled by RiseForge for the MiroLens service.

Use https://mirolens.com/data-deletion wherever a User Data Deletion URL is required, including social login app review forms.

Send a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Use the email address connected to your MiroLens account or social login whenever possible.

Tell us what to delete

Include whether the request is for a dashboard account, workspace data, OAuth login data, or information submitted through a MiroLens widget on a customer website.

Verify ownership

We may ask for limited information to verify your identity or confirm the workspace, customer site, or provider account connected to the request.

Processing window

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup restoration limits.

Information covered by a request

Account profile and authentication records
OAuth provider identifiers used for login
Workspace membership and user settings
Widget configuration owned by the workspace
Conversation records and lead details where deletion is permitted
Support messages related to the request

If you submitted information through a website operated by a MiroLens customer, that customer may control the data. RiseForge may coordinate with the customer or direct your request to them when appropriate.
