MiroLens Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RiseForge handles information connected to MiroLens accounts, workspaces, embedded chat widgets, visitor conversations, and related services.

Effective date: May 16, 2026

Information we collect

Account information such as name, email address, company details, authentication status, and workspace membership.

Widget and conversation data such as visitor messages, lead details submitted through a chat flow, widget configuration, page origin, timestamps, and routing status.

Usage and technical data such as device information, browser type, IP-derived region, logs, cookies, and analytics events needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To provide the MiroLens dashboard, chat widget, lead capture workflows, analytics, account access, support, and service communications.

To help businesses qualify enquiries, route conversations, improve widget performance, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

To comply with legal obligations, enforce service terms, investigate misuse, and protect MiroLens, RiseForge, customers, and visitors.

Cookies and similar technologies

MiroLens may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, preferences, security, and analytics.

Embedded widgets may store limited visitor state so the chat experience can continue across page views where appropriate.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers that help host, secure, deliver, analyze, or support MiroLens.

Payment processing for MiroLens subscriptions is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ('Paddle'), who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle under their own privacy policy and terms. RiseForge receives only the information needed to manage your subscription (e.g. subscription status, plan, and billing interval) and does not store full card details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their own use of MiroLens, including chat questions and lead handling, complies with applicable privacy laws.

Retention

We retain account, workspace, widget, and conversation data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Customers may request deletion or export of relevant account and workspace data subject to verification and applicable legal requirements. User data deletion instructions are available at /data-deletion.

Security

MiroLens uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated dashboard access, tenant-scoped data controls, and secure configuration practices.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond promptly to credible security concerns.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.

If you submitted information through a business using MiroLens, that business may be the primary controller of your data. We may direct your request to that customer when appropriate.

International transfers

MiroLens and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.

Updates to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as the service changes. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above.
